SERVICES:  Traveler's checks

Are the designed check to be used by those people who travel constantly. The traveler's check like the cash is accepted in stores and establishments world-wide.

Observations

	The traveler's check does not have lapsing
	The traveler's checks are accepted world-wide
	The check’s insurance is not valid if it does not contain the requirements of American Express or any other recognized banking institution recognized world-wide

Types of Operations

Purchases. These operations can be made considering the internal politics listed below:

1. The checks that are being bought must be of the client to whom we are going to emit the invoice. In this case the checks must have a single company/signature, when they client go to the cashier (if the client n person s n our office) or if our liquidator goes with the client; the second company/signature must signed in front our personnel (liquidator or cashier).
2. If the checks were received like a payment to any of our clients, we must know the origin of this payment. In this case the checks must have the two signatures, of the first possessor of checks and in the back part the endorsement of the client to whom we are going to buy it from.
3. The check’s signature cannot have any alterations.
4. Although we do not sell checks in all currencies, we can buy all traveler's check currencies.
5. We cannot buy checks without the two corresponding signatures.
6. If the traveler’s checks are of the US$500 nomination usually we do not buy more than US$3 thousands.

Legal dispositions to operate traveler's checks

When the amount of the operation (Purchase or Sale) is greater or equal to 10 thousands dollars or its equivalent in national currency or any other currency, the following documentation is due to be required to the client:

For Consumers. Photo and signature identification.
For Companies. National registry of the Contributor and Identification of its main executive.
