Are documents emitted in benefit of a third party from a foreign bank.

Types of Operations
	Purchases
	Sales

This operation can be made considering the internal policies listed below:

Purchases

1. Checks will be accepted to consumers and companies previously identified, and will have to fulfill several requirements established by our institution.
2. We will have a record by costumer from each check that we buy from.
3. A file will be made considering all the commercial and/or professional activity regarding the costumer.

Sales

1. Checks will be sold to people or companies for educative purposes, commercial activities or health problems .
2. The check will be made to the person or institution that the client authorizes in writing.
3. These documents will have to be paid against delivery in national currency.

Legal dispositions for the purchases and sales of checks
When the amount of the operation is greater or equal to 10thousand dollars or its equivalent in national currency or any other currency, the following documentation is solicited to the client:

Consumers. Photo ID.
Companies. National Registry of Contributor and Identification of its main executive.
